tidy_clean_repair -- Execute configured cleanup and repair operations on parsed markup

Description

Procedural style:

bool tidy_clean_repair ( tidy object )

Object oriented style:

bool tidy->cleanRepair ( void )

This function cleans and repairs the given tidy object.
